Learning Lab Organization
The Learning Lab is a computer-assisted learning center for adults and families with birth to six-year-old children. Students receive basic skills instruction including mathematics, reading, writing, spelling, GED preparation and workplace skills in a comfortable, confidential environment. Children are enrolled in an Infant/Toddler or Preschool Program. Students are placed in a class according to their ability and need. All courses employ computerized, interactive learning systems. Students learn to touch-type and use a computer while improving their basic skills.
Today over 300 students are enrolled annually in Adult Basic Skills, English Language Learning or Preschoolers & Parents as Partners classes.
